Can’t put into words what an amazing job genie bath systems did. We were looking to remodel the 2baths in our home after 13 years. So we received a call from them. From the start they have been working with us to get our goal accomplished. Reid and Victor came over and took a look and did an awesome job thoroughly assessing what we might need and how much it would cost. The best part of the hole experience was they made us feel comfortable and not pressured into making such an important decision. They really worked with us when it came to cost and scheduling the repairs times. I would definitely recommend going with these guys. Greatly appreciate everything they have done for us.
Sales experience
Chris and Reid were amazing in their presentation. There were very thorough in checking my shower and showing me things in my grout that I didn’t know was there. They noticed right away when asking my husband to step in and out of the shower that he almost fell. In the end, I felt that Chris and Reid were more concerned with making life easier and safer for us than they were about making a sale. I so appreciated that.
