Chris and Reid were amazing in their presentation. There were very thorough in checking my shower and showing me things in my grout that I didn’t know was there. They noticed right away when asking my husband to step in and out of the shower that he almost fell. In the end, I felt that Chris and Reid were more concerned with making life easier and safer for us than they were about making a sale. I so appreciated that.
