BEST Sales Presentation of the BEST solution!
We met with David Pool from Genie bath to discuss remodeling our shower. The experience COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations! We showed David our current shower, explained designs we liked, those we didn't, and others on our "wish list". David walked us through his presentation about Genie, their products, differentiators, processes, experience, etc. He was clear about what they did and didn't do, i.e. at no point did he offer a 3rd party to provide a product or service that Genie doesn't provide. He made suggestions on how we might approach something, but noted that Genie used their own trained and vetted teams, and would only use a "3rd party" if they needed a specific skill to complete a task. Even then, they were managed by Genie! He then walked us thru options for our project, talked about the pluses and minuses, and highlighted the benefits and differences between their approach vs their competitors. He showed us NUMEROUS "before and after" pictures that he personally took (i.e. he didn't rely on "sales brochures") and provided samples of the products they used! After we settled on the design Da
