Experience was excellent Jason and Melissa were outstanding helped us through the process would highly recommend them. Came highly recommened by my best friend that had work done at her house and am very glad she did cause they are excellent.

Victor explained everything in detail, I was impressed on his knowledge of all the parts that make up a bathtub system. I can’t wait to get this done!

New Shower
Very thorough presentation. David Pool is who I would recommend. I had 3 other companies out and all were pushy. David wasn’t, he didn’t play the sales games that the others did. He lisented to me and was able to help with our situation. He was so personable and made such a better deal than the others that we are getting both bathrooms remodeled

David Pool did a fantastic job. Made me feel extremely comfortable, listened to what I wanted and needed. He designed the perfect safe shower. Now just the wait for it to be installed.

Chris and Jason with Bath Genie were knowledgeable and remarkably polite. They answered all of our questions tactfully and were eager to help with what we wanted to accomplish. We have been waiting to get the job done but now that we have gone through the process of selecting a safe shower for my mom. Thank you Bath Genie, we can’t wait to see our new bath!
