Shower remodel
Very happy that we met with David from Genie Bath Systems. We are completely remodeling our entire home and he made the bathrooms a non headache for us. We are looking for to them being completed.
Remodeling
Met with David, he was informative and not pushy. I am very straightforward and I have had other bath companies give me their bids. After speaking with David about your company, products, and installation process, I was leaning towards you, however after David showed me how much I could save by actually doing both showers, that sealed the deal. The financing option was icing on the cake.
New walk-in shower

Most Unusual
Jason and McDuff arrived around six pm and wound up the process around eleven pm. They explained every phase of the product from manufacturing to installation. They were courteous and sensitive to the needs of both me and my wife and very helpful in working out the financial arrangement making the purchase possible. I am pleased with the way we were treated and would recommend Genie Bathroom Systems to those who need the comfort and safety of a walk-in tub

Reid came to our home and checked out our showers and went over all of options. He went over all of the company’s certifications and licenses. This made us feel like we were in the right hands. He also worked with us on financing and got us to a price we could afford. It has been a pleasure working with him through process.

We met with David Pool from Genie bath to discuss remodeling our shower. The experience COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations! We showed David our current shower, explained designs we liked, those we didn't, and others on our "wish list". David walked us through his presentation about Genie, their products, differentiators, processes, experience, etc. He was clear about what they did and didn't do, i.e. at no point did he offer a 3rd party to provide a product or service that Genie doesn't provide. He made suggestions on how we might approach something, but noted that Genie used their own trained and vetted teams, and would only use a "3rd party" if they needed a specific skill to complete a task. Even then, they were managed by Genie! He then walked us thru options for our project, talked about the pluses and minuses, and highlighted the benefits and differences between their approach vs their competitors. He showed us NUMEROUS "before and after" pictures that he personally took (i.e. he didn't rely on "sales brochures") and provided samples of the products they used! After we settled on the design Da
